Cairn is provided for personal wellbeing and self-care purposes.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation of the app.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or related systems.

• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute or resell the app or its content.

• Use the app in a manner that harms other people.

3. Paid Features

If Cairn offers paid features, pricing and subscription details will be provided before purchase.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the terms and billing policies of those platforms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the rituals, notes, photos, drawings and other content you create.

You grant Cairn permission to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the app to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cairn name, logo, branding, activity library, written guidance, illustrations and software are owned by Crystarlis Publishing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cairn is provided on an "as is" basis.

Cairn is a wellbeing support tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystarlis Publishing is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
